Kinark works to continuously improve quality across the organization in order to support the best possible outcomes for children and youth with complex needs and their families.
Kinark uses the Ontario Perception of Care (OPOC) survey tool to monitor client and parent/caregiver satisfaction in our child and youth mental health (CYMH) services. In 2019, we expanded surveying of client experience to all our client services and surveys in order to understand client and caregiver experience at an organizational level.
Our client and caregiver experience surveys provide us with feedback directly from clients and families. We use this data to generate information to support service planning and delivery, and to support continuous quality improvement of our services.
